Our 90% meat content free range Gloucester old spot pork sausages contain NO nitrates, preservatives or additives. Just natural, fresh ingredients. We wanted to be different and create our own recipe here in our butchery. This means they have a short shelf life of 3 days from the date of packaging.
They are packed ready to freeze. All our sausages contain breadcrumbs except the frankfurters which contain 100% meat and are gluten free.
Online orders for sausages will be dispatched fresh as soon as they are produced each week. On line orders are sent out on a Thursday by next day courier in a fully recyclable, insulated card board box with ice packs.
