From our farm to your fork. Slow smoked meats cooked over a wood fire are what its all about. Cooking up our free range produce for you to try at food festivals, events and even weddings. We are slowly smoking over wood smoke at the farm and serving up with handmade slaws and salads grown in the kitchen garden, BBQ sauces, pulled pork, homemade frankfurter sausages, smoked beef brisket, pastrami and handmade burgers. Porcetta with salsa verdi and fennel slaw served in brioche buns.
